The first thing you'll notice about BF -- the first thing that all people tend to notice immediately -- is that the game runs smooth as pie and looks good doing all that it does! Nifty, right? It's a big jump from both 1942 and Vietnam, which is exactly what we expected. And, it's a lot better than what we saw back in December when DICE was busy trying to get basic game systems in.

Is anyone having sound problems with these videos for some reason im only getting sound out of my left speaker, the interview sounds fine and all other videos except for the newly posted 25 that only come out of my left speaker???.......the videos are amazing too man I WANT THIS GAME NOW!!!

Wow. I thought I couldn't get any more excited for this game...and I was wrong.

Not only the videos got me hyped but the great hands-on article did as well. I was going to dismiss the Special Ops class thinking it'd be like in DC but now I read that C4 can be stuck onto vehicles and is used to blow up bridges etc. Now the class sounds a lot more fun to play. I think I'll still go with engineer and medic since those classes seem to be the least used yet most helpful. I plan to go for commander a lot as well.

I love the ranking system they're going to incorporate and the chain of command style of voice comm. Commander can speak with squad leaders, squad leaders can in turn speak with their squad or the commander, and the squadmates can speak with only the members of their squad. I like the idea. This will cut down on the chatter that would flood servers otherwise and the correct people will be hearing what they need to hear.

I want a demo RIGHT now :sniper:

AmishSlayer... they've never gotten a special forces class right. I think that the bfv mod point of existence got it best. I love sneaking around like a weasel or something and planting c4 on trucks, waiting for somebody to get in, and blow the shit out of them.

Hopefully they get it right this time. I wonder how long it'd take to repair a commander radar dish, artillery, supply dealy etc. Same for bridges.

I liked the video where the guy got shot, then a medic came to revive him only to have a jeep run over the him and the medic.

My favorite thing I've seen in all the video has been the dog fights with the jets!!! Planes are rendered beautifully

if they plan to release it at the end of june shouldnt the demo be out soon? They said they would release one before the game came out(to kill bugs and such) and usually a game takes around 20-30 days after going gold to come out.

I just read on IGN that a demo is allegedly coming out mid June...so it'll be like a week or less before release if that's true.

Yeah, thats what I heard a while back. If thats the case, they just might as well wait until official launch.
