Woo yeah! New battlestar next month! There's also a miniseries called "The Resistance" on the sci-fi website. It fills you in on what happened after the end of season 2 but before the start of season three, in little 3 min chunks. Unfortunatly it's only available if you're in the US, which sucks, because I think it's still co-produced by sky one in the uk.
