What do you feel about the mascots for market trends? I don't know how it is in other countries, but here in the United States, a Bull Market is a good thing, a Bear Market is a bad thing. Bulls are frequent financial company icons for symbolism.

I think this is ridiculous though! I think it should be the other way around! Bears are powerful! Bears are unpredictable! Bears are ferocious predators!

Bovinae are awesome and I know I'm known for my cow, but they are typically domesticated and never wild. They're used and abused for profits sake by industries, and are typically destroyed in the process. What a terrible mascot!

Bears for the win!

Explain to me why an unpredictable market is a good thing.

It's fly by the seat of your pants. It's exciting!

BEARS GOD DAMMIT!

Oh and for the record, bulls are pretty much entirely unpredictable too. They are not however ferocious predators. They are powerful, but they never get to use their power as they are hacked up into beef or spend their lives providing sperm to knock up countless cows without ever getting to actually have sex with one of them.

what have bear and bulls to do whit market?

Who cares, great depression II is happening right now.

hmmm

I thought it was like making everyone dress as a bull or a bear and make a related propaganda whit it

I think it has something to do with the Bear's hibernation, and the Bull's charging.

In a Bear market, people are selling in anticipation of poor financial futures (i.e preparing for the winter hibernation), in Bull markets, people are charging in and buying as fast as they can with anticipation of a rise in stocks.

Generally, neither is ideal. The best market is one that has slow and sustained growth, with no huge dips and peaks.

Um bear.

I'd like to see what bearsex is like.

/me ponders

Bears shit in woods, and I like to walk in woods therefore bear markets are bad things.

The current (3rd) market is the less known Vulture Market. It only appears once in a century.

Bulls are bull. But bears...

well, they're f*cking bears, that's what.

I watched the entirety of season 4 on Saturday. I can't wait at all. It's my favourite show ever.
