Beat my tower

I saved it as 256 colors for the size. Oh and that ball thing is the ball is Dog's ball. I'm taking it with me through the game, it's really fun, but hard. I had to noclip once for it not to explode in the water.
 
lol, were you playimg the game for the first time? I always had to stop to mess around with physics or the grav gun.
 
Wow, I never thought of bringing DOG's ball with me, at least for the first time. When the scanners flew by, I ran away like a little school girl.
 
Well, I just created a 138 barrel tower in Hammer, then I shot picked up the first barrel and watch is come crashing down. =)
 
I just blasted the damn ball against that alex her face and then picked it back up and trew it over the walls.
And if i could i would have blown that iron scrapshit dog away with it

okay... so someone has some anger management problems and prolly shouldn't be playing hl2.

No, this is my second time. I'm playing on hard now, still pretty easy (atleast, compared to Halo 1 on legendary).

That ball i took with me is actually pretty funny to watch. It has the ai like a rollermine, but it can't harm something, so it roles up to you (and all npc's). All npc's (zombies, combine, friends, ect) see the ball as an enemy, so they attack the ball if it is closer to them than you are. The only thing the ball can harm are headcrabs, it just takes a while for it to kill them.

Sometimes there's an invisible brush that collides with the ball, so you'll have to find a way past/over it sometimes. And I had to use noclip once in the mines when you have to go underwater.

It's fun, you should try it. Just watch out for fire, deep water and explosions, it kills it.

EDIT: Ultimate dark is right (nice tower btw), we should hold this on topic... Beat my tower! (in HL2 sp, without cheating or spawning objects)
 
Speaking of that damn ball. Can someone explain the point of it to me? It seemed to be a minor annoyance but nothing more. Does it have a real use? Does it do anything?

No it is Dog's toy. You play with it a bit when you learn to use the manipulator.

EDIT: Yeah sorry westie, the size is just way smaller like this. Elseway I couldn't show the screenie of me standing on the tower aside with it.
