Open up your PC, and tear out the bell looking thing.

Well, there's your problem. You'll probably want to go to Fry's and see if you can get a Molex adapter for your phone...

wtf?..

He was joking.

And i'm surprised that you didn't figure out it was your phone sooner. Haha! That's a good chuckle :smoking:

Nuh uh. No you shouldn't. Very bad idea. The system speaker provides CRITICAL info about your system. Mostly post codes, fan failures, and cpu overheats. But NEVER disable your system speaker. You'll be lost when you can't get those post codes when your pc wont boot, and you won't know what just happened when your pc all of a sudden shuts down, and your room is filled with a burn grease smell.

1. If you are 1337 then you won't need the system speaker
2. Fan speeds and cpu temp can be easily monitored with Asus Probe or Asus AI booster plus I can overclock on the fly, adjust voltages and fan speeds...
3. If your pc shuts down and you smell burning...not too hard to figure out

edit: #2 is assuming you've got an Asus mobo that supports Asus probe and AI Booster. If not, then too bad. Asus is teh r0x0r!
