Much to my surprise as it was past the cut-off time for ordering next-day delivery yesterday i still got my TFT monitor, http://www.overclock.co.uk/customer/product.php?productid=18250 :D but i'm stuck on how to install the drivers, i've got a CD but it says "the system is not supported for running MS-DOS files..." blah blah, so i decided to download it from www.benq.co.uk and its just a folder with 4 files in and no installer! one programs says "can't open, do you want to choose another type of program". Anyone help me? are drivers that important for a monitor?. Ta.

Yeah it works, it does'nt show as a Benq TFT monitor in device manager, its just a plug and play monitor it says but i thought it would need drivers as i can't use the Auto-Adjust option or change the Geometry.

Oh, its got 1 dead pixel :D its about 3 inches diagonally from the top right corner, its bright blue against most things and is only really noticeable against dark backgrounds.

unlucky with the dead pixel there, although it doesn't sound too bad. I think that if you go into device manager and right click on the plug and play monitor and go to the Driver Tab and then update driver button and point the wizard towards teh CD you got with the monitor, it should use teh benq drivers and it will appear as a benq monitor and you should be able to use the auto adjust and stuff.
