I was looking at getting either the Zalman CPU and or the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 CPU Heatsink and Arctic NV Silencer cooler for my 6800 Ultra. Both seem to cool good, but which would u prefer? I'd get water cooling, but that's too expensive and stuff.

Edit* or maybe the ASUS Star Ice CPU Cooler

Yeah, apparently the thermaltake cpu heatsink and fan outperforms the zalman.
for vga, arctic silencer 5 is a good option.

they usually do, but thermaltake also tends to be alot heavier, and could damage your mobo/cpu/andthing below those

thermaltake all the way baby
I have a Volcano 7+ sitting on my 600Mhz overclock

Going for silence? (Zalmans)
Going for cooling factor? (thermalright)
Going for both? (thermalright)

My choices for CPU coolers anyway.

I have a Gigabyte fan, and though I have a Liquid Cooling System to go along with it, I have yet to see my new rig go above 35 degrees celsius, even while playing Doom3 or Far Cry. : )
