for me I like the aliens of the "ALIEN" movies
they hav a really cool design that I dont know why I love it so much

the more cools aliens of this page IMO are

the nocturnal hammerheads of "Pitch Black"

the bugs of Starshiptoopers

the creatures of the movie's "Tremors"

and for aliens in games I am not decided yet

Hans Rudi Giger's Alien.

Predator.

The Tremors creatures, yeah.

Star Wars aliens, pretty much all of them but especially creatures like the Rancor.

HR Giger designed them, he does some weird paintings but I think he's a great artist.
