Yes, if you use EDuke32 (a port making it possible to play the game on newer operating systems) which you can find here. And before any moderator goes apeshit, this is legal. EDuke32 does NOT include the original game, you still need it in order to play. If you don't have it you can't play and use EDuke32.

As for the sexy looking pigs, go here. And as with EDuke32, HRP does NOT include the original game.
