Best Broadband Isp?

I want broadband!! ive found out im able to get it in my area so whats the best isp for broadband in the uk.

BT are pretty reliable. i've had broadband for almost 4 years now and it has only been down once. it's always fast, you get good pings in games, good all round performer. i don't know how customer service is seeing as i've never really had to use it, everything works

I have BT Broadban And its Great I can get 58/64 Kbyte Download and 32/32KBYTE upload

Next Summer I will move to the best ISP in THE UK MailBox or Nildram

Nildram is a bit expensive then MailBox. I think MailBox 1Mbit is my next ISP provider.

BT aint bad, although they dont have the super fast connections in my area(I have 512)...At least not yet. Pretty soon they are going to be doing that SDSL though, which is even faster.

I use NTL, not had a problem with them

But then again, it's different for each person in each area, and with NTL you need to pay for all the other stuff that comes in the package (TV, phone)

I have NTL 1mb and when its working it works pretty well. Connecting to website is generally slow, but speeds are good. Not many people in my area have BB however so lord knows what its like when a lot of people on your street are connected..

In the three years I've had it its been down probably 30 times varying from 4 days to a few minutes.

the speeds i get are max download (VERY STEADY) 380Kilobytes a Second

Max upload = 30-40kilobytes

adelphia... you dont happen to live in LA or a surrounding suburb do you? anyways I live in a milwaukee suburb and have road runner cable and its pretty relaible but has down times and there service for repair is kinda sloppy....
