Best CS:S net settings?

I have a 1500/256 ADSL connection, And I was wondering what the best net cvars are for optimal performance!

I have the same connection.

here are the settings I tweaked.

rate 20000
cl_rate 20000
cl_cmdrate 101
cl_updaterate 70 (ur avg fps)
cl_smooth 0
cl_interp 0.05
fps_max 150 - whatever

They worked for my connection and I got them from this thread
