it will make it so your models wont go theu each other once u die.. try it.. you will like it and it does not hinder proformance

open up
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\youre-mail.com\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg\config.cfg

add the line
cl_ragdoll_collide "1" (for ragdoll collisions)

if you want a couple other cool ones you can add:

r_decal_cullsize "0" (for decals to show up from any distance)
r_lod "-5" (for players to always have the highest lod at any distance)
