Best settings for a 9800 PRO?

I am wondering what are the best settings for a 9800 PRO running on CATs 4.11's and running at clock speeds are. Out of any game, just through display properties. What are the best settings you can put at and have the game run smooth with fps always above 50?

My specs:
P4 2.6
512 MB
120 HDD
