Better pc for HDR

Well I'm basically not allowed to make my own pc because of parental concerns. So where do you guys recommend getting a good gaming pc for under $1000? Is ibuypower.com any good? My preferred specs are AMD dual core processor, sli ready mobo, 512 ddr ram (I have extra), atleast a 6800 gt g-card. From that site I could get a 6800 XT, not sure how good that is or if it's good for sli in the future. I think I can get that for under $1000 at that site but does anyone know any better places? I want something that can run the current games problem free w/HDR and be ready for future games for a few years atleast...be ready for sli linkage later if need be...

tell them you learn exponentially more if you do it yourself, not even joking, I've learned more than I ever have before after I built my own.

I would definently push them to let you, especially if it's your own money.

Which is why they dont trust me enough to make my own.

well tell them that youll end up with a cheaper, better build, more solid PC if you build it yourself, and not some slopped together POS from ibuypower.com

Anyone know anything concerning ibuypower or some other place?
