I make this thread to tell people that haven´t tried or bought this game.

Beyond good and evil is an awesome game.
It has stealth, it has action, it haves great puzzels.
My point is, the gameplay is great, but that wasen´t what make me play the game. It was the story and the scenes.
The story is beautiful and the scenes are maked so beautiful too.

But don´t let you fool by the demo, the game is much more then that.

No, a danish guy that loves the game!!!!
It wouls actuelly be cool if there came a sequel!!!!
 
There are going to be several sequals even though the game was not succesful.

Anyway if you are in holland buy it illegally or downlaod it, cause all the retail games have faults and they cannot be installed, ubisoft has offcourse doen nothing about this, and though the stores know of this problem they will not allow you to return the game, anyway it is great like he says it is.
 
heard alot about it,ill d/l the demo,like a good 3rd person action adventure me
 
Worst demo i've played in a while. 15 minutes of cutscenes, dodgy controls and a crappy camera. When you press A+D to strafe the camera tries to follow you making mouse support pointless.

The biggest fault is that there is no joypad support which makes the game unplayable for me.

If there is joypad support in the full game I might think about buying it, if not then too bad.
 
thought starting a thread like this 2 weeks ago. Love this game too, it has a great atmosphere and strong personality.
 
StardogChampion ïf you have an playstation 2 or x-box. You can just buy it to that.

I was looking into this when it came out, never really got futher then that.
 
not enough adverstising maybe
or just released at the wrong time
things like that can harm a games sales record
 
Yeah, maybe it can be that. Oh, I just love the soundtrack in the game. That music is making me feel an inner peace. It makes ne wanna live even more. It is just incredible how they have mede that music!!!!

its not a bad game, a bit different from your normal rpg/fps

You seriously are a marketing guy, all you do is make threads promoting games. You have the most supperficial post, and you do not engade in any arguments, sounds to me like marketing guy. Tell me did you even read my post, the freaking game wasn't sold well cause ubisoft has the most ****ed up customer support ever, and not only with BG&E, also with pop, and pop:ww. Tell you're employer to go **** themselfes.

You get it. I just love this game owright. I can clearly see
that you haven´t played this game or diden´t like it.
Becouse for me this game is really speciel.
I can honestly tell you that this is one of the most beautiful games that i have ever played.

And about that i am promoting games:
GTA:San Andreas happens to be a game that i am waiting for to pc.
Advanced Battlegrounds:the future of combat is another version of the game Chrome that I really like and I was hopening that it was a continueing of the game.

So now, get more right information before you judge!!!!
 
I think this gamne is abslolutely beautifull, I bought it the day it came out, and after that waited weeks for the download to complete, so i could finally play it, but I still think you're a marketing guy for the reasons I allready mentioned.

Okay maybe i am promoting this game a little. But I do it on free will. I am not getting paid to this. I just thought that it was a shame that the game sold so bad.

And just so you now. I started to be in this forum to be in the general half life 2 forum. I started in this forum to wait for half life 2.

No Grey Fox. You misunderstand me in post number #24. I mean that I type so it could look like I am a marketing guy. I am not typing, that i am one. Just that it look like it. It is just my persenality. I can´t stop talking how god a game is when I am started. I actually thinks that it is bothering my famely sometimes.

By the way, ordered the game yesterday, but don´t worry I have finished the game before. But I rented that copy from the library and now i found out that I want to own the game and play it again!!!!
 
Almost everyone I've seen who has the game says it's awesome, the swedish PCGamer raised it to the skies. It's a shame it went so bad, just like Max Payne 2 (Which apparently flopped and had a huge loss!)
 
Max Payne 2...that is actually an awesome game too. I think that max payne 1 and maxpayne 2 is actually both good. But I just can´t deside which is best.
 
max payne 2 flopped!?,really,i thought that was mega popular
 
BG&E and sacrifice are the most underrated games off all time imo, I mena they looked great, had great gameplay, great atmosphere, everything was great, and yet the stupied hippies wouldn't buy it. But then agian pop:sot didn't sell well either, but pop:ww did, so maybe ubi is going to add a whole lot of blood in the second one, if will be like a mix between BG&E and manhunt :(
 
I havent bought BG&E but I have played the demo and also own PoP:SoT and I loved that game and form the demo BG&E is also great. I know it is a shame that the game did not sell but the whole premise of the game did not seem to appealing in my oppinion. A game with a great story and acting that involves reading, no shooting and photography? Now what mass market consumer whould rightfully purchase that game? Also I loved both Max Payne and #2 they were amazing.
