Don't take that out of context, he said it as a joke as it states in the article.



Anyways, the article is a bit of an alarming read. Sounds kinda like Dr. Breen lol.

No, he didn't mention anything about a joke. The reporter stuck that little gem on the end of the sentence. Notice it is outside of quotations.

He was surprised to see the press there and didn't know they were at first.

Everything he says is damned scary for our future.
 
If Biden was honestly worried that the press was there, do you think he would say that out loud? Press or not, what he said was going to be recorded in some format, he knew this. You make it seem like this was some sort of secret meeting between him and 10 of his secret goons, but OH! The Press snuck in! Dun Dun DUNNNNN!
 
Seems you're on auto-respond. I've read the article sir and I see nothing to support your original post. It seems you've misunderstood what he means by a 'Generated Crisis'.

All that he is saying is that, if Obama becomes President, he will have to almost immediately deal with some sort of crisis.
The point is that if McCain becomes President, he will also have to almost immediately deal with some sort of crisis.

He's making a prediction about world events in the near future.

He's not at all suggesting there is some sort of 'conspiracy' to cause a crisis to test Obama.
