Found this enthralling. Apparently a man named William James Sidis wrote The Animate and the Inanimate which was a book that went against the Big Bang theory. About the book.

It is, among many things, a devastating blow to the Big Bang theory because he shows that stars exist in an ETERNAL cycle of shining phases and dark buildup phases. He also discovered what might be called The First Law of Physics: All physical laws must be reversible with respect to time. Secondly, many recent discoveries in the field of Astrobiology bear out his theory: "Thus we come to the conclusion that life is as eternal as the inanimate, and is to be found as universally, under as varying conditions, as inanimate phenomena Chap11."

Also, WJ Sidis had an estimated IQ of 250-300. There are also many sites dedicated to the man if anyone is interested further.

Well, it might not be faulty info, but some sources are discrediting it. Bascically, I should've done more research before posting. My bad. Mods can just close the thread, or whatever.

well..since you've opened a thread...we should at least have a go at it.

this thread needs more gayness

W.J. Sidis sounds like an STD or something

Didn't read the OP but yeah the more shit you learn about the universe the better. I love it when people have a go at science as if proving the big bang didn't happen discredits science somehow.

Never forget Clarke's fourth law: "To every expert there is an equal and opposite expert."

Just for reference, that wasn't my intention, to "discredit science." I just thought the concept(s) provided in the link were interesting. That was all.
