Big crash help!

hello.

After 5 minutes of the start of the game...u enter in a buiding which have some stairs, when u reach the top ( which is barricade) u listen someone calling u (psst psst) when i go near of him, a brutal crash happens....a blue screen appear and then it quits.(memory violation i guess) Ive erase the game and reinstalled everything again....same thing happens exatcly on the same place. ive switched the game for another thinking that could be some kind of an error on that dvdrom. ive installed the new game, update the steam bla bla and then...same thing happens exatcly on the same spot. ((.
I would love to know if there is anyone that is experiecing the same problem as i do...and if there is any solution to it.

im running it on a laptop 2.5/512 w/ a geforce4

However, to help you with your English, you is spelled y-o-u, NOT "u". We don't have single letter 'words'(except a and I).
