Big problem with steam...

Hey there, I seem to be having a problem with steam and css. It played just fine last night, and now when ever i try to load it it says that its unavailable and to try again later. Any help would be cool, thanks.

I know this is a silly question but have you restarted steam? Not trying to be insulting or anything it's just that whenever I have a problem with steam 9/10 restarting it does the trick.

well u prabbly missed the Update its updating now..so you have to wait till its finshed
