Big sites down

I've just been surfing the intranets and I've noticed alot of the big sites are down, such as gamespot, bbc, yahoo, msn, google was down for a couple of minutes(back up now), cnn is up but the front page has gone weird, myspace was down too(back up, but the front page is all weird (btw, I don't frequent myspace but I decided to check it to verify my theory)) can anyone verify this or is it just my connection, all of the smaller sites work fine. Sods law they'll all start coming back up as soon as I post this.

Wait, are you talking about the European versions? Because the US sites are fine. I tried checking the www.www.uk sites and those weren't working.

edit: NVM, I forgot to put the "co." before UK. So no, no problems here.
