please...he should of been deported the moment he got caught for his first DUI. If that had been the case, the girl would be alive. Dont justify it by saying alot of people drive drunk, most people aren't illegal immigrants living off American tax dollars.

I dont understand why people are so forgiving towards illegals, to the point of not caring if they stay or not. Look at the statistics of California and the amount of money spent each year on imprisoning them.

O'Reily is pointing out the problem with the lack of enforcement on border/immigration policy which allowed a chain of events to take place, eventually leading up to the two girls' death. I can perfectly understand O'reily's rational anger. Despite the fact that Ramos entered America only intending to kill Americans is rather unlikely, I can almost safely assume that even if he wasn't intoxicated, he probably wouldn't mind committing criminal acts; some such as vehicular murder if he could get away with it. The only thing that I disagree with O'Reily is that DUI and being an illegal are two seperate issues.

I will agree with Geraldo on this one. All this is is another drunk driving tragedy...and this man should not have been behind the wheel, period. It's aweful. The fact that he should not have even been in this country only serves to make the situation doubly nauseating...but, O'Reilly is using this as political fodder and it's a separate issue all together.
