Now what?

What is the easiest way to migrate the Steam folder? I've never had to do such a thing as this.

ugh, I remember I reinstalled all the games onto the new HDD then dragged over the steam folder because of all the custom maps and shit.

Can I just move the steamapps folder somewhere, uninstall Steam, then reinstall somewhere else and just plop steamapps in and be ok? I'm just wondering if there will be directory issues. I'm basically gonna make Steam E: and Apps F: trade places.

eh no you need it all in the steam folder. steam is technically an application.

A) reinstall steam/copy cache files and files with saved settings to new location
or
B) adjust partition for apps and steam drive letters (assuming they are on the same physical drive)
