Bit tech/Valve demo PC coming along nicely...

You all remember the Black mesa case that every tom dick and newb kept posting here right? And you all remember that valve were so impressed with the case that they asked the maker of the black mesa case mod PC to build one for them in the same style so they could use it as a demo PC in thier offices? Well here it is in progress and it seems to me that the demo PC is going to be vastly superior to his previous effort.

I remember following the black mesa PC mod on bit tech and thinking that it didnt look that good when it was around half finished. This case even at this early stage looks like it will easily surpass the black mesa case in both quality and style.

Heh...Thats really good, in fact its so good its swayed me into modding my own PC. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money or bother with the hastle of changing and potentially ruining it. I'm moving it into my room, and at the same time redecorating so I think I might just incorporate it into the room plan.


I have to say, i never really was into all the fluorescent stuff but in this particular case I think it allowed being as the whole thing just looks so good

heheh anyone wanna see my PC in a Mac case? In a Blue and White G3 case, the side panel fully works (motherboard goes on it and pulls out for easy access)

Although those rust bottles scare me - I know he's gonna rust the whole thing up - but hopefully doesn't over do it slightly, like last time. :|

I like this one a whole lot better than the last one. This one is not so overboard on the rust, and I think has better feel to it than the last one.

If you didn't notice - He hasn't used the rust sprays yet and besides he has already used it on the DVD drive, which proves the full thing will have the same makeover. He's going to rust it all up, eventually. Frankly, I like this way but he'll eventually use the rust spray.

Im with the opinion that he over did it on the rust on the black mesa case also...
