I use shareaza, whenever I download anything it always pauses and my internet stops working(it is very random too) and the only way to get it back up is to refresh my router with the router settings page.
Azureus. You have to have java installed to run it, but I haven't had any problems with it so far. The other day, I downloaded a 4 gig file in about 10 hours.
