Bittorrent help

ok so i got like a bunchload of BT versions and reinstalled over each, testing which one is better.

Now...To my horror i find out no matter what bt version or bt file i try to dload, it never resumes. I save the exact same folder, exit, come back and file is back to 0 mb.

Is there any way to completely clear my BT registry,old files, and make it resume files again?

or do i gotta reformat!@!@!@

I have no clue. I first installed Bittorrent 2.2 or something, then i installed BURST, and i don't have any problems. It resumes the files, when i save it at the same location. Which BitTorrent client are you using?
And what BT registry are you talking about?
