I beleive this is not a true story. Google found absolutely nothing about this guy, or anything related to the story. Any information it found just linked back to that news site's story. The source seems to have come from www.mirror.co.uk, which looks to be a tabloid of some sort. It seems very likely this is a false news story.

Edit: Or atleast The Mirror looks like a tabloid... Hm

Yeah it's fake. If a black man lost the pigmant in his skin it wouldn't look like perfect 'white' skin, it would look weird and discoloured.

Well, there is a genetic disease i know of where a child slowly turns white. A teenager had it and looked similar to that man (white with black spots along her arms). It was strange because she had normal white skin but the skeletal structure of a black girl.
