Some day ago, I said goodbye to this forum. This is sort of a goodbye, not only here, but to all places I've been to.
This is probably the last post I'll make here.

This morning, my house burned down. Everything I've ever had went away when the fire reached down to a diesel generator in the basement. I have no idea what happened, and I'm not quite sure if I wan't to find out.

I'm not really sad right now, I'm just in shock. This happended, nothing can change that so there is nothing to be sad about, but well, that was my life.

All that I have left right now is my leather suitcase that my parents gave to me when I joined the university, and within that a notepad with journal enteries, a pen and one CD with Bo Kaspers Orkester, which I'm playing right now.

I'm writing this from the hotel in Björkliden, and tomorrow I'll take the train down to my sister in Gothenburg.

I've had a great life so far, now I'll have to rebuild it all from beginning.
Thank you BKO, your music has always cheered me up.

Oh moppe, I'm so sorry to hear that my friend :(
I mean that as well :(

Sorry to hear that, I hope you get you're life back on track very soon and can someday laugh about this, but I do hope one day you come back here and post.
(BTW I thought you were spec ops, with a university diplome couldn't you get a far better job or did you decide to follow you're dream.)

Oh, dude! Sorry! I know exactly how you feel... my house burned down when i was 13. So sorry, man...

Oh dear. Poor guy. Remember that in the end 90% of what you own you do not need. I suppose its a bit over the top but honestly you should now show that you can manage without your possessions and now you can show the world that you are who you are, not what you have.

Sorry that... what a shock. You can joke about it but you never actually think houses burn down with everyones stuff in side and lives (not ruined) changed (for the better? hopefully) until you hear about it and the effects. Take care, come back soon :)

Christ, man.. Bad timing with Fight Club airing here in sweden last night :|

I don't think there's anything I can say to help.. Goodbye moppe, I'm sure you'll live through this, you're a very strong human being, good luck. :)

You sure are taking this alot better than anyone I know :(

Best of luck to ya man

My condolences.

But...do i detect a lack in confidence? Your life is not physical possessions; as long as you have your consciousness still, then you're fine.

"You are only free when you have nothing left to lose"

Oh and, what does not kill you makes you stronger.

I'm posting this from the train.
It's only a few persons here, except the personel that let me ride for free since I know them from eariler. Thanks for your support.
DoctorGordon: Well, I don't know. It was just that it was everything, every little gift I've recived from friends, family and relationships. Everything I've got from my travel the last 18 months are gone. Thise things had great value for me.
