Black GUNS,CHARACTERS

Sometimes when I switch to a new map or I have to download one the guns and my characters are all black. Sometimes I can see Red and blue lines shoot threw the characters also. Ive had this problem often and it gets annoying. So if any one know what was going on that would be a help

Sounds almost like a video driver issue. I have the same thing happen to me, tho it happens on "Sid Meiers Pirates". Once I updated my video drivers to the most stable release it went away. I was running beta drivers before. I haven't had the same thing happen on CS:S.. but i'd give it a shot.

Yup, but you cant do that in a server unless cheats are on. Else people would type mat_fullbright 1 on dark maps and have a permanent nightvision.

Night vision costs an awful lot for a utility...
