blast this insomnia

Wow I cant sleep. I have a calculus exam in 4 hours and I'm sitting here posting on a fourm.

Well, if I'm going to be awake I may as well ask for sugguestions.

Anyone have a good cure for insomnia? Counting sheep doesnt work for me, and my weekend method of a couple shots of wiskey doesn't work when I need my mind at 110% tomorow.

Post working insomnia cures, first one to put me to sleep get a nissan sentra.
