(1) That doesn't even make sense, and what i believe they are referring to is that the spinner creates backpressure which is complete myth in that it [backpressure] is advantageous to have.
(2) Even if they are, how is it a good thing?
(3) So you're suggesting that the spinner spins quickly enough to pull out exhaust gases? If the gas is what spins it, is it possible to spin quicker than that? Maybe if the wind rushing by the car catches it and spins it also, but even then that little blade will not be able to create any sort of measurable suction.
