not sure who of you played the last one (i always thought it was a quality purchase)...they finally have a next gen version coming out...just in time to keep me occupied while im deciding between which of my 3 madden dynasties to play...its always been a great rules free distraction from madden...

The original Blitz was awesome for the N64, but it should never have been turned into a franchise game.

NFL Blitz is one of the only sports games I've ever been able to stomach. I think it's because it's not a sports sim.

Come to think of it, it's one of my favourite N64 games.

exactly...sometimes you dont want to adhere to rules or anything...sometimes you just want to go in juice your players up, and bash someones testes in...if you arent interested in a game like that, maybe you should turn your system back in..
