Blue Screen of Death STOP Error when saving/autosaving

alright, when im playing the game, if i save or the game autosave my computer crashes with a stop error:

STOP: 0x0000008e (0x0000005, 0xE2504EB4, 0xF1401AFC, 0x00000000)

errr, my windows is updated fully and is service pack 2...
