Blue Screen of Death

Every time when I try to install the SP2 patch I'm getting a blue screen error!!!! sometimes its a BAD_POOL_HEADER error and sometimes drivers errors or something like that...
please help me!!! I'm getting this blue screens in SP1 as well but not the BAD_POOL_HEADER error just a blue screen error... y?? help!

Bad memory maybe. Run a test utility like Memtest86 to check out your RAM.

SP2 is also not famous for its maturity or quality...

I didnt install the Memtest86 that u gave me but I DID check my memory card! I moved it to a different slot and ALL GONE!! all the blue screens and the BAD_POOL_HEADER error in SP2!!!! thank u very much!!!
