Blue Shift not available??

First off, BLUE SHIFT DOES NOT SUCK, IT IS JUST SHORT.

Now that I have cleared that up, I want to know if the reason why you can't get Blue Shift through Steam is because Gearbox developed it and not Valve?

Opposing Force is available and thats a Gearbox game, so that can't be it. Besides, I don't think it would be a good idea for Valve to release more content in Steam's current state.

I found that odd too, I had Half-Life, Opposing Force, and Blue Shift all installed (along with all the multiplayer junk too) and Steam converted everything except for Blue Shift. It's still installed and playable, it just never got rolled into Steam.

Blue Shift is designed for an modified version of the pre-1.1.0.0 codebase, so unless Gearbox or Valve decide to update it to 1.1.0.0 status, it will remain incompatible with Steam. Same with the Gunman Chronicles (And since Rewolf Software is out of business, you should expect GC on Steam in about NEVER..)
