Blue Shift problem...

Well I just recently bought the half life anthology, which includes half life, opposing force, blue shift, and team fortress classic, but in blue shift i know that you are supposed to have updated weapons, like the m4 and stuff like that, but it just has the default weapons from half life, like the mp5 (i think) and the original weapons.

so my question is, how can I update it so that I have the updated weapons?

You need the high definition weapons pack mate, i'm not sure if it comes with the anthology as i never had the anthology, i had the Generations pack and it came with, there should be a download for the pack somewhere, i'll take a looksie

EDIT - The closest i can find is the High Definiton "Character" pack .. can't find the weapon one anywhere :|

The High Definition pack should be available on the BlueShift CD. Look for a folder with "High Definition" or HDF in its name.
Also, if you register BlueShift on Steam, doesn't it include HDF pack?

You can also install Sven Coop (a mod for HL1) as it includes the high definition models. Dunno how you'll get them to Blue Shift tho

Thanks for the help guys, I poked around and found the HD pack at steampowered. Certianly a big upgrade on the weapons
