Watched the first part of <No Direction Home> monday (missed part 2 yesterday). It inspired me into downloading a couple of Bob's songs. Rainy Day Women, Masters of War, Subterranean Homesick Blues, etc. Early work in other words. I don't know his later stuff that well, and I have to admit that age wasn't very kind for Bob's voice, to put it friendly. Anyone else here listen to Bob?

It was never about Bob Dylan's voice , which to be fair, was never great. It's his skill at crafting wonderful songs.

Songs like Blowin' In The Wind and Like a Rolling Stone became anthems of a generation.

I'm not much of a fan of Bob Dylan, but I'm a huge fan of the bands he influenced at the time (The Beatles, The Doors, Buffalo Springfield...ect...)

My dads a pretty big fan, I slightly recall listening to him along time ago on car journeys and such. Might go hunt for some albums later in the huge abyss of CD's in my living room.

I've gotten into him only recently, I absolutely love his voice.
I hear the documentary is fantastic, I'll probably rent it

I simply love Bob Dylan. I saw him and Willie Nelson a few months ago in concert. Amazing show. I saw some of No Direction Home too, thinkin' of getting the DVD.

Blowing in the Wind

You could say I'm a fan.
And I'd add to that list: Positively Fourth Street and Mr. Tambourine Man

You should. Regretfully I only saw part one, but I've heard part two was quite brilliant as well. Never been seen material, interviews with lots of people close to Bob, and of course the man himself talking with a constant sardonic grin. Bob hates hippies, lol.

EDIT
Must-downloads that haven't been mentioned:
I'll be your baby tonight
Stuck in the middle
All along the watchtower
