Body art...

i would never get a tatoo...i just don't have anything i'd want on my skin permanently (i realize you can get them removed) but i understand why people get them.

on the other hand, my roommate's girlfriend had scooby doo tatooed on her ankle...and some badly done flowers...and some stupid sun thing on her back...she just randomly picked things i think...they didn't mean anything to her. if you asked her why she got them she'd just say "i dunno they're cool i guess"

so i guess i understand why some people get them :P

lol Lone :)

The only problem with tattoos.. one day, you think it's the shiznit, 20 years from then, you'll have a washed out, stretched, messed up flab of skin and you'll wonder why you were ever that stupid to get it done to yourself

Eh id like one, who cares if flabby skin or whatever when i get older, one day itll be all decayed anyways lol. If i do get one i want it to be a metaphor or some symbol not just random crap thrown on.

Hey, it is your body do whatever you want. But, I will never get a tattoo.

Just don't get chinese symbols. Firstly everyone gets them, secondly, how the hell are you meant to know what they say unless you can read it. For all you know it could say 'you smell' lol

lol! I heard brittney spears got some chinese tattoo and didnt know what it said, i cant remember what it was but its something eerrr bad.

Yeah, I heard that someone got a swear tatooed on them in Japanese, while they thought it said something like "peace". Apparently, it's a common occurence.

If I were to get a tatoo, i'd make sure it was small and completely disassociated with popular trends. You don't want to end up with a Ninja Turtle with "Cowabunga" underneath stuck on your forearm for decades.

Now that I think about it, I'd bet someone actually did that. :)

It's a form of identity. People have to go as far as getting ink jammed into their skin to be different than the next schmuck.

I can't afford one now, because I'm poor, and the one I want will cost about 800 dollars (so people say). I want to get a crop circle tattooed on my back, about 1 foot wide, specifically this one: http://www.think-aboutit.com/images/wind96.jpg
f*ckin sweet eh? real or not, that shit is beautiful :)

BBCWorld news channel had presented a program on the latest effect that Tatoos can do to human body. The research was made on 10000 poeple and the final info was;

30 out of 100 got skin cancer
10 out of 100 got cancer
7 out of 100 got I forgot the medical term (sory)

Well as you can see the tattoo can give cancer after a peroid of time.
:cheese:

I just want a couple. Nothing too big though...just plain and simple.
