Hello Everyone,

As I was looking over some screenshots and some gameplay footage of the new Counterstrike: Source I noticed that de_dust now had arrows to the bombsites and was a little confused because it was saying that the ct spawn was bombsite B and the other was A. First I thought that Valve might of switched them around to make everyone confused but later on i played de_dust on cs 1.5 and found out that ct spawn is actually bombsite B.
I found that kinda funny because lots of people(including me thougth that ct spawn was A and the other was B). I always heard my fellow T's saying rush B and we'd all go to what I know now is A.

Heres the SS: DE_DUST BOMBSITES

I could just be a total idiot and everyone already knows this but whatever I learned something new ;)

Lol. I noticed that today while play dust_cz. I was shouting on my mic they planted at B thinking B was the one AWAY from spwan. Will of course my team lost :p. I always thought bombsite A was the one cloest to CT spwan and B was the one further away :x

lol me too, its good to know that im not the only one that thought this :)

*raises hand*

Its good to know im not alone...

:)

FINALLY! Someone who UNDERSTANDS.

VALVe has done this with many maps now. It's like the sites are arbitrarily marked..

A = closest to spawn
B = further away

Why can't people get that straight!?

Sadly, dust has *ALWAYS* had the site at CT spawn marked as B, and the other as A. ALWAYS. Just never signs pointing to it

A = closest to spawn
B = further away
That's how I always thought of the bombsite labeling. Another good rule:

A = larger bombsite
B = secondary/smaller bombsite

Since it is objectives (planting the bomb) they should do it like -
First you have to destroy Site A then,
Second you have to destroy site B.

I dont think that this is a good sugestion for CS: Source, but definately one for CS2!

(canny think of 2 objectives CT's can do on hostage maps ATM :p)

A = CT spawn or closest to spawn
B = secondary site, furthest from spawn, aka quicksite
