I'm not actually French, but I am a newbie.

As you can no doubt see from my sig, I'm also a coder on the project Warriors of the Apocalypse. I'm a newbie to coding with C++ so I'll be lurking in the coding forum as well as contributing my witty commentary to the general and politics forums.

Before coding for WOTA I studied Java for two years and managed a two on the AB comp sci exam because I'm a lazy bastid.

Actually, I was a bit dissappointed with Hl2. I really bought it so I could get my grubby hands on the SDK and Day of Defeat.

The thing is, I bought it a year ago, so you can see that my anguish is only now coming to an end.

I wasn't a bit fan of the fact that it was on rails the entire time, and the fact that the gameplay was pretty much the same thing that we saw in Half-Life 1. But, like I said, I really bought it for the SDK and DoD: Source. I wasn't going to kill myself if HL2 didn't live up to the hype, because I knew it wasn't going to :E .
