Playing it as we speak, and so far it's been pretty fantastic. The graphics are little iffy but the game play has been fast, sleek, and gritty. While I was unimpressed with the shooing elements, the hand-to-hand sections have surpassed any other games right now.

I have to say the best thing so far is the adrenaline moves. Once your adrenaline reaches a tier, you can unleash an area/object specific attack on your foe. In a boss fight against an escaped convict on a plane this includes hurling him roughly into electrical components, battering him with a fire extinguisher, and smashing his head through a window. These make the scenes into the dirty/no rules fight to death they should be and really carries accross the desperateness of the fights from the books.

Just thought I'd write this, tell you to go download the demo off of XBL marketplace, and discuss your thoughts, opinions, and deepest darkest secrets.

Now I'm off to a Parisian car chase :bounce:

It is pretty damn good, though I am skeptical about movie games. The driving is pretty lackluster compared to the other two levels, save the BIG scripted part which I managed to do on the first try (making it seem so slick and rewarding).

Hand-to-hand is by FAR the best bit about it I agree with all that you said. Guns are pretty good too. I should warn though that anyone who HATES timed button sequences may have a problem with this game, but it wasnt enough to turn me away.

How the hell didn't I hear about this?

Interesting concept, anyway.

I will try it but I hate the fact that Matt Damon is not involved and dislikes the direction it took.

You do know that the the Bourne movies are based off novels by Robert Ludlum right? Matt Damon is only the actor who plays Bourne, and has nothing to do with the production or direction of the movies. The devs of Bourne Conspiracy wanted it to be their own retelling of the stories.

But they would never have made the game had the movies not come out.

Matts prolly just pissed because he's not getting a slice of the pie. However involving him and others in the films would of probably quadrupled the budget tbh.
