Heh, you guys are pretty presumptuous. By her saying the kid was "disruptive" you immediately assumed he hadn't been raised well. Might be the case, but I've known 3 families with disruptive kids, all of which had good parents who tried their best to raise them as well as they knew. Thinking about those families, a trip down to the police station would probably scare them pretty straight, maybe give the parents a little bit of peace. Or just make them more rebellious...
