That video is heart breaking. That's all I have to say. Whether or not whatever that guy did was bad, it was still tough to see. That's all I have to say on that, not going to get into politics though.

This makes me feel sick... I can't imagine how that little boy feels... Even though I was separated from my father for most of my life, and stayed up crying most nights for the first few years... This will scar him for life. Just wrong. Let the guy say bye to his kid at least.

A summary of the court’s judgment provided by the military spokesman’s office said the two had rounded up civilians and come upon bags in a bathroom. They grabbed the child and ordered him to check the bags for booby traps.
“The boy, who feared for his fate and was pressured by the situation, wet his pants,” the judges said, pointedly noting that, “unlike the soldiers, the boy had no means of personal protection.”

Yeah I bet every kid is upset when their parents get arrested.
I would love to know what happened after they had taken the guy away, I bet they used the kid as a shield then dumped his body in a river......
The only thing that would have shut that kid up was if they had let him stay with his father, and then you would have a video about how these terrible soldiers are arresting children.
