BPL: Next in Broadband Technology?

I heard about this over the radio, they have found a way to connect to the internet through power lines...That would rock for people without home internet, like myself. The FCC has approved the technology and is currently being tested throughout the US. I guess theres some issues with ham radio opperators, it interferes with radio signals. Yeah the power line method will be targetted for the budget, low-end broadband market unfortunately. Cool technology, but not better than what we're currently using.
