Broken flash light icon

My flash light icon is broken as the picture below. What can I do?

I have the exact same problem, but I don't know any way to fix it though

reinstall game, if still not, then the copy is corrupted

Same here. I used to get it in HL2 too (different icons though) only way to fix it was to change the resolutions around :/

Thats how its meant to be, is it not?

Was like that for me.
