They have a time graph for each showing the memory going up and down as they get used.
They were used for almost 3 hours of browsing and they did not run a script to load multiple pages. No additional extensions were used.
The ending MB usage (not average) for each browser was:
636.9 - Safari
194.4 - Internet Explorer 8.0
191.9 - Flock (FF2 based browser)
190.6 - Opera 9.5
111.8 - Firefox 3.0
It looks like FF3 doesn't hold previous data in memory all that long by looking at it's graph.
