Brutal, gory recommendations?

Hello guys, I really feel like popping some skulls etc so I was looking for a recommendation on some really gory games with detailed and satisfyingly brutal killing, games I've already played is the Soldier of Fortune games, the Postal games, Max Payne and a few others I don't remember, any recommendations is welcome! Doom 3 has gallons of blood. Area-51 is pretty gory. Or you could try The Suffering: Ties That Bind.

Reservoir Dogs? The game itself isn't that good, but it has a lot of gore. Cut off peoples ears, blow their head off with a shotgun... er... and there's a lot of blood. Guess it wasn't to much gore.

I sure don't understand why no one else has implemented the localised damage system like in SOF2. In that game you could blow off a guys hands off only if you actualy targeted them. Other games over simplify things, even FEAR... in FEAR I shot a guy with the combat shotgun in the head and he spilt in half at torso level... WTF?

I can't believe no one has mentioned Manhunt. By far the industry leader in the "extremely satisfying kills" genre. It's actually a really good stealth/action game too.

Oh yeah, I recommend Psi-Ops. You can use mind drain on guys 'till their heads explode. You can smash them into gibs and large pools of blood with large objects, blow their skulls in, throw them and their blood will smear all over the walls/ground. Plus you can light them on fire.

WTF!?! No one even said Condemned: Criminal Origins, you can beat people with pipes, shoot them with tazers, snap their necks... Brutal!

The Punisher game was awesome. You could stick people into wood chippers or hold them against a rhino's cage and watch him get gored the hell out.

If only the game didn't get censored.

I don't know if Painkiller is necessarily any gorier than other games, but the ragdoll physics make up for it and it's an exceedingly well-written game. You can frag enemies, but you might find the stakegun more fun.
(Although the rotting zombies that throw rotten body parts at you may count).

If you feel like strangling someone with a baseball bat and when he's half- concious on his knees, stepping away from him, taking a good swing and splattering his brains on a nearby wall.

I agree with others, manhunt and condemed are the 2 most brutal games i have played and manhunt in particular can be o so satisfiying.
