Buffer problem

[KiraXIV]

Ok when ever i enter certain maps, i get the message "Failed to lock index buffer in cmeshDX8::LockIndexBuffer Wine" any ways i have tried several ways to fix this:
-restarting computer
-redownloading css
ect.

any ways my system:
operating system: microsoft windows XP media center edition 2005
Processor: amd athlon 64 processor 3800+

Yeah I suck at computers so any ways thats all the info im given
if your smart then figure it out (not to be rude)
