Before i got HL2 i saw an article on the net about VALVe and the problems that plagued HL2 in 2003. At some point in the story it shows a picture of the HL crowbar in a glass table at VALVe. (i lost the site, if you find it tell me)
I'm about to do the same thing as a project. But i need some help.
As i dont have the SDK i need to know how to spawn the crowbar in game.
Or if someone wants a detailed guide on how to do this then sending me high quality images of the bar will help speed the project up.
====Basic Plan:====
1) Buy large crowbar.
2) Use steal wool (and/or sandpaper) to remove paint.
3) Buy special sprey paint - plastic paint used for graffiti (RED).
4) Put tape over the crowbar wherever it needs to be.
5) Paint it
6) Then hit something for about an hour with it for that used look (it's been through a lot, HL1 & 2)
7) Leave next to PC to scare friends and family ;0)
