Building a Core2 Duo system..

Im going to change my system to Intel Core2, but all those motherboards (AM2,939) confuses me ><. Could anyone suggest a good motherboard and rams ? please please !

I'd say wait for the NForce5 mobos if you can. Hopefully they'll be out in a couple months. Though that's only really if you want an SLI system, I guess.

The nforce 5 boards were rumored to launch this week at the earliest. Availability is a different matter however.

If you want SLI then go Nvidia although Intel chipsets really are the best for stability.

Are there any currently available that you would recommend? I haven't really been looking at intel's chipsets as i've been waiting for the 590 release, but since it keeps getting pushed back, I don't know how long I want to wait...

the intel mobos can be abit expensive but its still a gd deal. E6300 cpu is really nice, beats most AMD x2 cpus..
