Hey guys i just bought Bully the game for X360 when i put the disc into the tray it loads and a white screen comes up and say please put disc into xbox 360 console to play.

so i thought my 360 was broken so i put in 3 other games and they worked perfectly.

Is there a solution to this problem or do i have to return the game?

clean it, if it still doesnt work get rid.

was it brand new or second-hand?

its brand new bought it at a video rental store here in canada called rogers video man im bummed really was looking forward to it.

if its brand new and doesnt work, id try swap it for a new copy.

if for some reason you like that particular copy, try it in a friends console and see what happens.

Don't bother with Rogers. Have you tried checking the disk for any scratches? It could've gotten scratched while you were taking it out of the case.

no scratches at all i tried wiping it but it didnt work im just gonna return it for another copy
